Baker's is an Inland Empire institution, you must try the Double Baker when you're in the IE. I have lived in So Cal most of my life and had never heard of Baker's until I moved east. The farthest store west is in Upland, east is Beaumont. Personally I think the Double Baker gives In-N-Out a real run for their money. It is going to take a lot more taste testing before I make a final decision which burger rules. Baker's advertises as the first "Double Kitchen", "Since 1952". The double kitchen refers to American and Mexican. I stick to the American side of the house, I found the tacos a bit bland and greasy. They have a good line of grilled chicken sandwiches, my favorite is the chicken Malibu, it is garnished with a large Ortega chili and Monterrey cheese. The also serve breakfast, tasty egg tacos are on the menu. Baker's is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
