Redlands Family Restaurant is on Colton Avenue just North of the 10 Freeway Orange Street exit. The food here is basic coffee shop fare, portions are big. This place is in my rotation as a regular stop for breakfast. You are usually greeted by the Asian owner, either she is working cash or seating customers. The servers are old timers who know what they are doing. Every time I have visited the restaurant it is busy. The decor is basic and a little aged. I think the food is a step up from a chain restaurant. My only complaint is the coffee is too weak. They have lots of lunch specials and all you can eat dinner specials. I can only vouch for the breakfast and give it a hearty thumbs up.
